  The Download Protection is an extra service that is provided by our payment partner, who saves a backup copy of the software that you purchased. It is not necessary to purchase this service as we always provide free downloads and updates for purchased customers. You can click simply remove it from the shopping cart.

• What should I do if I purchased the wrong product?

  You can go ahead and order the correct product, then contact us to get the wrong order refunded back to you. We strongly suggest you try the software prior to purchase to avoid wrong ordering.

• Why I haven't received the refund yet?

  Once your refund is confirmed by us, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. However, depending on the transaction type, it may take up to 21 days during holidays.
